Thank you for shopping with SkinRemedian. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products
All products sold on SkinRemedian.shop are digital downloadable guides delivered instantly after purchase. Because these products are delivered electronically and access is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent, except in the cases described below.

When We Do Offer a Refund or Replacement
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will provide a replacement file or a full refund if:

• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened
• You received the wrong product due to an error on our end
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
• You did not receive any download link or access within 24 hours of payment

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after downloading the product
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing
• Issues unrelated to the product itself (e.g., device compatibility problems on the customer's end that do not affect the file)

Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through our payment partner. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
